Vive la Vida
Vive la Vida is here to help you experience the stunning waters of Acapulco.
These waters are known for Skipjack, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), King Mackerel (Kingfish), Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Striped Marlin, Sailfish, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself!
You'll target your catch by trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be dropping lines from a 38' Sportfishing that holds up to 8 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with Vive la Vida is just a click away.
