If you're ready to go fishing in El Toro, we've got you covered with Green Fish. With Captain Ismael at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
These waters are known for Dentex, John Dory, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Rockfish, Squid, Bluefin Tuna, and more; with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time.
You can expect to do some spinning, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Green Fish is a kid-friendly charter service, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll be dropping lines from a 39' sportfishing boat with a capacity for 10 passengers. It has a fighting chair and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's also a toilet on board for your convenience.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended that you bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Food and light snacks will also be included on board.
