Cubera Snapper, Atlantic Sharpnose Shark, Redfish, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Southern Kingfish, Scamp Grouper, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Black Grouper, and Cobia could be biting, depending on the time of year.
During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Children are welcome, so get 'em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
You'll be casting lines from a 22' Center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials.
Capt. David will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
