Lake Billy Chinook is known for its trophy Bull Trout and is one of only two bodies of water in the United States where you can legally keep Bull Trout. The lake is home to some impressive fish, making it a great destination for anglers looking to target this species.

For Bull Trout, you'll likely be trolling with light tackle.

Capt. Jack welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so the whole family can enjoy a day on the water! Children must wear life vests, so be sure to ask if an appropriate size is available on board. You're also welcome to bring your own snacks to keep your energy up throughout the trip.

Capt. Jack will take you aboard a 30' center console that can accommodate up to 2 passengers. The boat is equipped with downriggers and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's also a toilet on board.

Capt. Jack will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.

Before coming aboard, you may need to purchase a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be protected or require a special tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available on board. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but please avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
