Chamoale Charters 

Not only did we catch some Mahi Mahi and have it filleted at the end of the day and the deck hand made some sashimi for us… but the boat was a good size, we were all very comfortable in it. Also, Captain Tim gave us time to jump in the water and cool down, that was an amazing break. It was refreshing and who else can say they jumped in the water at the Mariana Trench. I highly recommend going out with him, you’re not always going to have a day where you catch fish, so at least with him you’ll have a great boat to be on and have time to cool off too.

having a great day fishing is not always about the number of fish you catch. We seem to hook up pretty early with a Mahi Dolphin fish and had a few other strikes. Captain and mate were looking and trying to work birds. Conversation with captain and mate was great. We trolled up by the Spanish steps and then started heading back when I asked if we could jump in to cool off. The captain stopped the boat, mate reeled in the rods and got out the ladder. There are not many opportunities to get to swim in 1900 foot of water but we did and had a great experience. We finished up the day at the dock and the mate cleaned our catch and prepared shishmi. I never expected to try raw fish but I dredged it in soy sauce and with a little wasabi it was awesome. I ended up eating 8 or 10 pieces. Great day. Thanks for the memories!!!!!!!

Captain Tim was so professional, kind, and great! He really catered to all three of my kids and loved teaching. Marvel also was so kind, helpful, and understanding with all of my children. If you’re looking to catch fish this is the charter to take!

Relaxing morning trip but no caught fish. the captain was great.

Booked a 6-hour fishing excursion with Chamoale Charters for my family. It was an afternoon trip and the fish weren’t really biting the first half, but Captain Tim took us to his best spots and soon the fish were biting. We caught multiple mahi mahi and even a large wahoo. Made for a very memorable trip. And to top it off, once we got back to the dock they clean and filleted our fish right there and even prepared some very fresh sashimi. It was a great experience and I highly recommend.

The sea was huge, but no fish came to us. It didn't matter if we didn't catch any fish. Because we saw dolphins, turtles, and rainbows. It was such a fun time on the ship that we enjoyed privately. The captain worked hard from start to finish and was considerate of us. I'm just sad I didn't see Captain's fillet skills. If we have a chance, we will try again.

Amazing experience! This was our first time fishing out at sea, and Tim and AJ made the time quite worthwhile - both incredibly friendly and spent time sharing their wild experiences out at sea. We snagged one skipjack tuna and two mahi-mahis, despite it only being the beginning of tuna season and the end of mahi season (all fish that were much larger than what we'd get back home in Hong Kong). AJ even filleted the tuna for us and we has the best sashimi of our lives on the spot. We not only felt how tight nit the fishing community was from the people of Guam, whose lives are so inextricably linked to the sea, but we also experienced one of the most thrilling adventures of a life time!

This charter was so OUTSTANDING, they dont need a review. Just book this charter. Captain Cody was an AWESOME Captain, and an OUTSTANDING person. I could not have had a better fishing experience EVER. Captain knew where the fish were, stayed on the fish, and was just all around general good company and fun guy. This is my BEST fishing experience EVER. I have spent lots more on other charters and L didnt have half as good of a time on those charters as l did with Captain Cody. I really want to make it a point to come back to Guam and fish with Captain Cody again. What an EXCELLENT TOP NOTCH experience. Plus Captain made us Fresh Sushimi when we got back to the dock. This charter was GREAT!!!!!

What a day! It was the first deep sea fishing charter anyone on the team had ever been on. Had a couple wahoo strikes as soon as we embarked from the harbor. The Mahi were really biting today. Had several good hookups. First Mate Lito really know what he’s doing. Excellent job helping us land the fish. Once we were finished, he set up a nice mahi spread with wasabi & soy sauce. Incredible day. Excellent conversations with Captain Tim. He really ensures the customer experience is top notch (safety, actual fishing/no downtime, etc.). No shortcuts taken. His rates can’t be touched by any other fishing charters on the island (they charge a lot more because they need you to pay for their boat loan 😂) Highly recommend Chamoale next time you’re in Guam!

Captain Tim made for a fun filled and stress free day on the water. Had multiple runs were all rods were hooked up, and he put us on the fish almost immediately. That, along with his knowledge of the area and the different species around island I would highly recommend this charter to anyone interested in putting fish on deck!
