Great trip out!
3/4 Day Trip - Special (PM) on January 3, 20266 adults

Not only did we catch some Mahi Mahi and have it filleted at the end of the day and the deck hand made some sashimi for us… but the boat was a good size, we were all very comfortable in it. Also, Captain Tim gave us time to jump in the water and cool down, that was an amazing break. It was refreshing and who else can say they jumped in the water at the Mariana Trench. I highly recommend going out with him, you're not always going to have a day where you catch fish, so at least with him you'll have a great boat to be on and have time to cool off too.

Good day at sea
3/4 Day Trip - Special (AM) on January 18, 20265 adults1 child

having a great day fishing is not always about the number of fish you catch. We seem to hook up pretty early with a Mahi Dolphin fish and had a few other strikes. Captain and mate were looking and trying to work birds. Conversation with captain and mate was great. We trolled up by the Spanish steps and then started heading back when I asked if we could jump in to cool off. The captain stopped the boat, mate reeled in the rods and got out the ladder. There are not many opportunities to get to swim in 1900 foot of water but we did and had a great experience. We finished up the day at the dock and the mate cleaned our catch and prepared shishmi. I never expected to try raw fish but I dredged it in soy sauce and with a little wasabi it was awesome. I ended up eating 8 or 10 pieces. Great day. Thanks for the memories!!!!!!!

Captain Tim Rains was raised in a commercial fishing family – angling has been a part of his life since he can remember. He's spent the past 25 years commercially fishing the waters off of Guam, catching pretty much everything that can be caught when trolling. When asked what he likes about fishing in the area Capt. Tim's words say all that needs to be said about what kind of service he provides: 'There's nothing greater than hearing those reels scream'.
