You'll fish aboard a traditional 6-foot Lake Como fishing boat, ideal for this experience. The boat accommodates up to 3 adult anglers or 2 adults and 2 children over the age of 6 and is equipped with the essentials.

Your captain will provide rods, reels, and lures. Live bait is included, but ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

Before your trip, you may need to purchase a local fishing license. The captain can arrange this for you, and you can reimburse him on the day of the trip. A fishing license costs €90 per person and is paid separately to the guide on the day of the trip. License requirements and regulations may vary, so check with the captain beforehand. Some species may be protected or require a special tag to keep, so make sure you understand the applicable rules.

It's always a good idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and non-spray sunscreen. If you'd like to bring other drinks, ask the captain in advance. Alcohol is not allowed.
