Depending on the season, you may catch Mahi-Mahi (Dorado), Roosterfish, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, African Pompano, Snapper, Bonito, Mackerel, Barracuda, and more. Techniques include trolling, spinning, popping, jigging, drifting, and bottom fishing. For a more adventurous experience, ask about spearfishing.
You can take home your catch, subject to local regulations, and have it cleaned to enjoy later.
Anglers of all ages are welcome, including kids! Bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Drinks, food, and light snacks are included.
Your trip takes place aboard a 25-foot Bayliner Walkaround, with room for up to 5 passengers. All essential fishing gear, including rods, reels, and lures, is provided.
A first mate may be on board to assist you. Tips of 10–20% are customary and appreciated.
A Costa Rican fishing license may be required. Please check local regulations and ask the captain about licenses or special tags for certain species.
Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but glass bottles are discouraged.
