She may be small, but that makes her a nimble fishing machine that still has space for you to move around while chasing the bite. A 200 HP Nanni diesel engine will propel you toward your fishing grounds in no time – the boat’s maximum cruising speed is 28 knots.
You can bring 5 of your fishing buddies with you. All 6 of you will enjoy the day bottom fishing, trolling, or drift fishing for a variety of species. The target list is long and diverse, ranging from the colorful Mahi Mahi, across the fierce Amberjack, all the way to the prestigious Marlins. You can also go after a variety of Tuna species like Bluefin, Yellowfin, Bigeye, and Skipjack Tuna.

Unser erster trolling Trip
8 Hour Trip – Private Trolling on November 23, 2024
So starte ich mal von Anfang an: Leider war das kleine Boot defekt und wir sind mit dem großen raus gefahren. Was aber kein Problem war Die Kommunikation mit agoney ist ist sehr einfach, er antwortet recht schnell und geht auch auf wünsche ein, sagt allerdings auch wenn er etwas für nicht sinnvoll empfindet. Was ich persönlich sehr gut finde. Wir wurden morgens im Hotel abgeholt und sind direkt in den Hafen gefahren ab aufs Boot und los geht’s. Während agoney gefahren ist hat uns sein Deckhelfer eine sehr gute Einweisung auf das tackle gegeben und dann ging’s auch schon mit dem trolling los. Nach ca 2.5 Stunden kam der erste Biss Dann wurde es etwas hecktisch a Deck was wir nicht so gewohnt waren du Ruten mussten schnell rein geholt werden damit der Fisch gedrillt werden kann. Beim einholen sind wir etwas verwirrt gewesen genau wegen der Hektik aber das passiert nun mal wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist. Nach einem tollen 13 Minuten Drill kam dann mein erster wahoo a die Oberfläche was ein toller Fisch. Zwei Stunden später biss dann auch noch ein schöner bonito. Leider mussten wir den Trip nach ca 6 Stunden wegen Seekrankheit meiner Freundin abbrechen. Alles in allem kann ich aber sagen das sich der trolling Trip für begeisterte sehr lohnt und agoney sein Möglichstes tut damit man ein tolles Erlebnis hat.

5 Hour Trip – Shared (AM) on February 11, 2025
We- parents with two Kids, 7 & 9 years old- had a good time with Captain Agoney on a five hour trip around Los Lobos. Boat was perfectly clean and more than Big enough for eight passengers, all rods and bait were well prepared. Captain was very patient with all his guests, Even when we scewed up at some times. When we caught a Bonito, I almost poked out the Captains eye- he stayed very calm even then- thanks for your patience, Sir! Our Kids were invited to sit on the Captains chair for a while, they and all of us has a Great time. We‘ll come back next year

5 Hour Trip – Shared (AM) on February 22, 2025
My 9 year old son caught a big Bonito, i could see he was scarred he couldn’t do it, drop the rod or fall out the boat - i was about to take over from him, but the captain jumped in before me, put a rod support on my son, held onto the back of him and coached him through the 4 minute fight with the Bonito, landing it on the boat. My son’s smiling face at the end, made the trip the best fishing trip i’ve been on. Highly recommend the trip with children to face catching something with some fight and get supported. Great fishing trip in february with nice & experienced captain Agoney
8 Hour Trip – Private Trolling on February 7, 2025
I spent a nice and successful day (8h trip) under the guidance of Captain Agoney. On his recommendation we rescheduled the trip due to strong winds which was a good decision. We set off on time and discussed various options. It took a while to get the first bite. However, in the end we were successful catching two tunas trolling and two nice Mahi Mahi on a spinning rod. I would definitely book Resacca Fishing Charter again, friendly and experienced captain!

5 hr trip left on time, went to fish for live bait 5 anglers incuded 2 youngsters who unfortunately fell fowl to the choppy seas and spent most of the time over the side. So diminished numbers for live bait collecting but we proceeded to catch I would say around 50/60 so set us up for later. Agoney had a great knowledge of where to fish so we continued out although the sea was quite rough then we made it to his selected spot and anchored up. Within minutes we hooked into large Barracuda, followed by a nice Red Snapper, more Barracuda and a great Bonita so all in all a great days fishing well fed plenty of drinks if required.
