Meren Lomat Club operates out of the Canarian island of El Hierro running a selection of charters that make the very most of the area's amazing waters. The Canary Islands have the perfect location and topography for outstanding sportfishing. This cluster of islands is famous for being a stone's throw from the deep blue waters you would normally spend half your trip getting to.

You will be fishing aboard a 34' Starfisher yacht with plenty of space for up to 6 guests. Newly restored in 2017, this luxury vessel now boasts a modern, air-conditioned interior complete with a full galley, enclosed toilet, and a cabin. There's plenty of space to cool down in comfort between battles, as well as a large flybridge from which you can take in the island's stunning views.

However, at heart, the vessel is still a fully-fledged fishing machine, and as such features everything you could ask for on your perfect fishing trip. There's a fighting chair, outriggers, cutting edge electronics, and tournament grade tackle for a variety of techniques.

What you can target varies throughout the year, with a wealth of species calling the island home, and an all-star cast of pelagic predators including Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi and Tuna passing by on their yearly migration.

Whether you are trolling for Billfish, bottom fishing for dinner, or jigging for anything in between, you can be sure that there is no better boat to be doing it on. Captain Keijo has been fishing these waters for the last 10 years, and knows all the best tricks to bring in your fish of choice.

All trips come with food, drinks, tackle, bait, and licenses for everyone on board, so all you need to bring is yourself!

Explore the stunning waters of the Canary Islands with Meren Lomat Club and have a fishing experience you won't forget!
