Fishing Tom Guide Service offers first-class fishing adventures in Southwest Louisiana. Captain Tom Adams has over 30 years of fishing experience and has fished the local waters for as many years. His son, Captain Tommy, has also been fishing since childhood and they are passionate about providing an unforgettable and productive experience to all their guests.
You will fish aboard a 24’ Nautic Star center console originally built in 2013, and restored in 2017. The boat is powered by a 250 HP Mercury engine that gives the smoothest and the driest ride. It is fully equipped with all the safety equipment and electronics such as a GPS and a fishfinder that will help you locate the most productive fishing spots.
The boat also features a wireless trolling motor that will allow you to move through the shallow waters with ease and without disturbing the fish. You’ll have rods, reels, and tackle provided, as well as ice, bottled water, and fish cleaning at the end of the trip.
You will fish the Calcasieu and Cameron Parishes through the bayous and marshes that surround them. Your target species will be Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, Tripletail, Trout, and other saltwater species. If you enjoy saltwater fishing, this father-son duo can provide you with an experience you won’t soon forget.
Additionally, you can book some of the trips with lodging provided! However, if you want to change the number of people coming to the trip later, it must be reported to the captain when it comes to the lodging trips.

Best Ever
My wife and I scheduled this trip at the last minute, Captain Tom took us out on a Sunday morning he was ready and waiting for us at 5 am and off we went, absolutely had the best time with the Captain, his boat is very nice fast quite with GPS trolling motor that keeps you in place while your fishing, he is one of the cheaper guides in the area but if you can limit out on fish and have fun all at the same time, what's the point in spending 300+ more on another Captain. He had the fish fillet and in ziplocks in 10 minutes. We are already planning the for the Flounder run in November if they open the season this year. You won't regret it.

Highly recommend!!! Great trip with Captain Devin
Communication, professionalism, gear, and most of all local knowledge top notch. You won’t go wrong booking with Fishing Tom Guide Service. Captain Devin was highly personable and professional and was a pleasure to fish with, he put you at ease and it was like fishing with an old friend. He was helpful and attentive and knew the waters like the back of his hand. The day started slow but with Captain Devin’s knowledge of the area we were soon hauling in fish after fish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend booking a trip with Fishing Tom Guide Service to anyone who wants an enjoyable day in the water catching fish!!! If we are back in the area we will definitely be booking with them again.
