Excited to go fishing in Aransas Pass?! Captain Justin will be your guide, giving you access to their sportfishing experience.
These waters are known for Black Drum, Flounder, Redfish, Speckled Trout, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream. You can expect to do some spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks!
Your day begins aboard a 25' Mowdy bay boat with room for 5 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Our captain Justin was the best ever. He was very patient with everybody my six-year-old grandson and three beginners. We had the best time laughed, caught fish. The best experience you could ask for.

Captain Justin Machost is a knowledgeable and professional guide with many years of experience on the water. Justin is an expert in both bait fishing and using artificial lures. The Captain's main focus is to land Redfish and Speckled Trout, but he is also very familiar with the best methods to catch Jack Crevalle, Black Drum, Flounder, and many more. In order to protect the world's resources, Justin prefers to release the fish he catches.
