Blue Water Fishing Charter Adventures specializes trips to Homosassa River, Florida. Captain Rodney is full of experience and knowledge around these waters. Take a ride with Captain Rodney, and together, you could enjoy the beauty that surrounds Homosassa and make some outstanding catches possible.
Enjoy your trip with Blue Water Fishing Charter Adventures aboard a 28’ catamaran, which was upgraded in 2017. Its navigational electronics include a new GPS, a marine radio, and a fish finder. Since you will be doing a lot of fishing, the vessel is fitted with a live bait tank, as well as an ice-box to keep the catch fresh during the day. Up to five anglers are welcome to join the adventure.
Blue Water Fishing Charter Adventures will take you fishing the beautiful Homosassa River. The captain offers trips for various fish species. On your day out, you will be able to enjoy some Grouper action, target Sheepshead, chase the sought-after Trout, as well as Black Seabass, Cobia, King Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, and many other species.
A trip with Blue Water Fishing Charter Adventures comes inclusive with all the necessary equipment to make a great catch possible. You will be provided with rods, reels, tackle, lures, and frozen bait, as well as licenses for you and your group. If you want, you can feel free to bring your own food and drinks with you.
The crew and the captain are dedicated to making sure your trips are incredibly fun with them and would appreciate 20% gratuity per person, as they work for tips.

Full Day Trip
Great day on the water
Captain Rodney went out of his way to give us a great day on the water, despite challenging fishing conditions. Also did a great job of accommodating an older, less mobile member of our party. Most knowledgeable and best-tempered captain I’ve ever fished with. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Half day inland waters
Captain Rodney squeezed us in on what should have been an off-day for him because of scheduling mixups. The day started out slow with storms in the area but after 2 hours the sun came out and captain Rodney headed out to the flats and put us on some nice mackeral. He even extended our trip 2 extra hours because of the slow morning when he had prep work to do for the next day. Very appreciative of him going the extra mile! Would book again next time for deep sea!

Great Day on the Water
My buddy and I had a great day on the water with Captain Rodney and First Mate Johnny! Boat was a dream, clean, steady and comfortable. We hit one of the Captain's favorite spots and cleaned up on Vermillion Snapper. Captain Rodney was very professional and knew what he was doing and was very clear about what we could expect and what he expected. I have been on a lot of charter trips and this one was one of the best so far. Thanks for the great day guys and I look forward to our next trip!
