Tides and Tales Guide Service operates out of West Galveston Bay. Fishing the whole Galveston Bay Complex, they are always in search of trophy Trout, monster Redfish, and tasty Flounder. The Galveston Bay Complex is widely recognized as one of the very best places around for inshore and flats fishing, with murky shallows and grass flats filled to bursting with amazing fish just waiting for you to get a hook in the water!

You will be spending your day aboard Captain Mark Salazar’s 25’ Boston Whaler w/ center console. Powered by a 300 HP Suzuki engine, she can carry 4 passengers at a speed of up to 40 knots straight to the very best spots in the bay, where her shallow draft will allow you to get deep into the skinny waters in search of the best catch.

Tides and Tales Guide Service specializes in drift and wade fishing for trophy catches on artificial lures. Captain Mark has been fishing the area for more than 25 years and has found this to be the most fun and effective way of landing the best catch, so that is what he focuses on. If you prefer, however, you can also purchase live bait for an additional charge, and Captain Mark will provide a live well to keep it fresh.

All the necessary fishing equipment will be provided by the charter, including top-notch rods, reels, and tackle. Things you should bring are a valid Texas fishing license, your drinks and snacks, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Once this short checklist has been taken care of, you’ll be ready to start your trip.

Now, simply take a look through the packages offered below, find an available date that works for you, and book your next fishing adventure today!
