+24Bite Me Sportfishing operates a fleet of awesome vessels out of Kailua-Kona, HI, taking groups offshore in search of top pelagic predators like Marlin, Ahi (Yellowfin Tuna), Ono (Wahoo) and much, much more.
The “Bite Me 4” is one of the finest vessels in the fleet, easily able to carry groups of six out to the deep blue waters where their fishing dreams await. This 38’ Hatteras sportfishing vessel may only cruise at 15 knots, but that does not matter when you can catch Marlin within a few miles of the shore!
The vessel is equipped with everything you will need for your day on the water, including GPS, fishfinder, outriggers, and a fighting chair. The Bite Me 4 also has a spacious flybridge to take in the views in style, and an enclosed head for extra comfort on longer trips.
Once you are in position, you will be given high-quality light and heavy tackle, depending on your preference and the species you are after. You will be able to troll, jig, and bottom fish to target the widest range of species and choose between live bait and lures to do so your way.
Bite Me Sportfishing has grown over the years into the largest charter operator in Hawaii. It has done this by maintaining rigorous standards when it comes to the quality of their equipment and their crews.
So whether you go on a four-hour shared trip, or a full day private expedition, you will be spending the day on a great boat with a skilled crew, fishing some of the best waters the country has to offer. Fish on!

Bite Me Sportfishing is the largest sportfishing charter company in Hawaii. Their captains have been fishing the Kona coastline for most of their lives and will do everything in their power to put you on fish. The team includes Hawaii's only female captain, Deneen Wargo, who is also the only female angler to participate in the Hawaiin International Billfish tournament (and she came very close to winning it, too)! Deneen is married to Brian Wargo, the owner of Bite Me Sportfishing. Brian has done everything, from tackling down a shark to save a life to winning a Carnegie award and medal. He has even been on the cover of Reader's Digest! An amazing fisherman, he is a really good guy with a big heart, who takes care of his employees. The Bite Me team is made up of 30 people, from captains and crew to operations managers. They consider themselves to be one big family, and every team member goes out of their way on a daily basis to ensure every customer has a memorable experience.
