Silver Fish Lodge welcomes you to the remote shores of Southern Mozambique and offers you a once-in-a-lifetime fishing experience. Spend your day fishing near the shore for GTs, Queenfish, Golden Trevally, and more, or head further out to take on monster Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo. Fishing doesn’t get much better than this.
You will be fishing aboard the “Bounty,” a 36’ Buttcat flybridge boat built in 2007 and restored to prime condition in 2017. The boat can carry up to six guests on each trip, and cruises at over 30 knots thanks to her twin 300 HP Suzuki engines.
The Bounty has everything you would expect from a full-sized cruiser, from comfortable cabins to a full bathroom complete with a shower. There is also a galley where you can store and prepare any food you bring along. Up on deck, she has outriggers to give you the best trolling spread and a fighting chair to take the strain of Blue Marlin and other big game species
During your trip, you can choose between trolling, spinning, jigging, popping, drift fishing, and even specialist techniques like spearfishing, fly fishing, and bow fishing, although you will need to bring your own equipment.
The Silver Fish Lodge team is dedicated to keeping this fishery alive and biting hard. All Billfish and GTs are released to ensure the preservation of the species. Any other fish will be cleaned and filleted at the end of the trip, ready for you to cook up as a delicious end to an amazing day on the water.
