Port Canaveral Sportfishing has been providing outstanding fishing trips in Florida for more than 30 years. If you are looking for some fine angling with a tournament-winning captain, you have found the right place. Many locals book their trips with Captain Brent way in advance and anglers all around the country brag about their catches months after their fishing trips.
If sportfishing in Port Canaveral sounds appealing, you would absolutely enjoy it aboard the 32’ “Obsession.” Whether it’s high speed trolling or energetic bottom fishing, the Obsession can handle any fishing task.
This beauty comes powered by a single 320 HP Caterpillar engine and can comfortably take up to 6 anglers. One of its many advantages is a Marlin tower, from which you could spot any action going on beneath the surface when sight fishing. You can hide from the sun inside a spacious cabin or make good use of the fighting chair.
The boat is docked by the Grill Tiki Bar & Restaurant. Being Port Canaveral’s longest active charter boat operation, the Obsession can take you on a fishing trip of a lifetime. Fish with live bait for reel sizzling King Mackerel, Cobia, Barracuda, and many more. Or troll in the blue ocean for Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, and Sailfish.
Chase Tarpon, go for Red Snapper when in the season, target Blacktip Shark and Jack Crevalle, land Amberjack. The opportunities abound and the captain knows all the hottest spots in the area.
All trips come with quality rods, reels, tackle, bait, and license. If you decide to keep the catch, it will be cleaned and filleted for you when you return to the shore. Take it home and have your weekly dinners sorted out!
