Tease Me Sportfishing operates out of the sportfishing paradise of Punta Cana, offering a range of awesome trips targeting some of the world’s most sought-after species. Captain Edgar Acra is an American-born guide with the skills and the equipment needed to get you on that fish of your dreams.
The “Tease Me” is a 42’ Ocean Yacht flybridge. Built in 2003, she has won various tournaments thanks both to the tactics of Captain Edgar and the top-quality equipment onboard. She is equipped with the latest electronics to get you in the right place. Once there, her spread of outriggers and downriggers will allow you to target the best range of environments and species.
In order to hold your own against the ocean’s fiercest predators, you will be equipped with tournament-grade tackle at a variety of test strengths. You will have a range of lures to match the baitfish around on the day as well as live bait fresh from the tank if that is more your style. There is also a fighting chair to buckle into on long, difficult battles.
You just have to look at the range of trips offered to see how serious Captain Edgar is about fishing. Spend the day out at Macao with the sole goal of getting on Grander Blue Marlin, try for a grand slam of Blue Marlin, White Marlin, and Sailfish, or head to the ocean’s darkest depths in search of Swordfish. Even on a half day, you can expect big hook-ups of Mahi Mahi and Wahoo.
Captain Edgar is the owner-operator of Tease Me Sportfishing, and he is proud of it. He stakes his reputation and his career on getting his clients hooked on a winner, and will go the extra mile to make it happen. He is also strongly committed to Catch & Release, and will always release healthy billfish back into the ocean.
All trips come with licenses, bait, food, and drinks. Captain Edgar will also arrange for you to be taken to and from your hotel to make things even easier and will clean and fillet all your catch ready to enjoy at the end of the trip.

Full Day Trip - Billfish Grandslam
Fantastic Experience.
Captain Edgar and his crew were absolute professionals from start to finish. They even arranged transportation for our pick-up and drop-off, making the whole experience seamless. As soon as we arrived, everything was ready, and once our group was aboard, we set off for a full day of fishing. The boat was fully stocked with food and drinks for everyone on our 8-hour trip, and the crew's experience and efficiency made everything run smoothly. We had an incredible time catching our target species, Mahi and Blue Marlin, and the crew even filleted some of the Mahi for us to enjoy for dinner that night. Captain Edgar and his team provided an unforgettable experience, and I can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed!

Full Day Trip - Billfish Grandslam
Deep Sea Family Vacation Excursion
My family and I spent a weeks vacation in Punta Cana, DR, and wanting to do something out of the norm for the family I looked for a fishing charter. Found Captain Edgar and Tease Me fishing charter. We had a great time. Unfortunately the rest of the family had not been deep sea fishing before, so we ended up cutting a full day trip to a half day trip. We caught 2 beautiful Dorado and had a really nice one up to the back of the boat and he got away. There is no doubt we would have caught many more if we would have continued on for the full day. Captain Edgar and his team were willing to pivot for the family without hesitation. The entire team was great and I would highly recommend this outfitter to family and friends. I will be back! White Marlin Madness Full day
Amazing trip!
I have been Marlin fishing in the past and it was my wife's first time. Was a bit bumpy getting out (which we were warned about when we showed up, the trip the day before turned around after a short time trolling), the crew was awesome in putting fresh baits out, had a wahoo and some small tuna eat the ballyhoo before they were able to get hooked up, we did the 9hr trip and with about an hour left we were able to hook up to a white marlin and it put on a show. Capt Edgar and his 2nd Capt and crew did everything they could to put us on a nice fish and luckily it paid off. They also had a cooler full of water, Gatorade, and coors light for us as well and some nice sandwiches. Hopefully we get to come back and fish with them in the near future, This is a top notch program that I would recommend to all my friends and family. Will for sure be posting on my local fishing Facebook groups when I get home. Fair winds, following seas, and tight lines mi amogos!

3/4 Day Trip
BEST CHARTER IN PUNTA CANA !!
These guys rock, told him I was trying to catch my first Marlin and wanted a big boy.. Ended up upgrading from the 6hr to Marlin trip so we could get to the right spot.. Was a little nervous because I was on a budget and fishing is fishing… and nothing is ever guaranteed. But maybe 20-30 min after dropping lines, BOOM !! DOUBLE HEADER BABY !!! Hit the jackpot, knocked Billfish off my bucket list, cranked the first one in then right on to the second, and not to mention, she was a bad girl, 300lb +. Trolled a bit more and caught some Mahi and decided to head back because my girl got sick…. And BOOM !! Some SAILFISH to end the trip !!! Man these guys are a blast and have their stuff together. Book with these guys if you want to seriously catch some fish, these guys are the real deal, not some fufu tourist attraction.

Full Day Trip - Billfish Grandslam
Best boat on DR
Capt . Edgar runs a 5 star boat. BOOKING. Capt. Ran me threw what we should do after asking what I was looking to catch. Made a deal with me and made everything prepared when I arrived in DR. Start of the day was the car service they sent to our hotel to bring us to the boat which was included! Upon arriving at the boat for the 7am reservation. Crew was ready. Boat was ready. Oh and huge thing that the captain did for me. GOT NON ALCOHOLIC BEER THE NIGHT BEFORE FOR THE TRIP FOR ME. on ice already. The crew consisted of 2 deck hands on the rods and 2 guys in the bridge spotting the fish. I stepped on the boat and we immediately departed to the fishing grounds. I took the 10 hour trip. It was rough seas but that's MOTHER NATURE FAULT. Landed 3 blue marlin and 1 sail fish 2 Mahi Mahi and 2 barracuda. Back to the dock we did the pictures and the transport to the hotel was waiting for us even tho we docked early. Capt Edgar was a well oil machined. He immediately sent the go pro videos the crew took and the ones he took with his own phone while on the trip of course. If you want the best blue marlin and sailfish experience it's worth EVERY DOLLAR. 5 STAR. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN WHEN IM IN DR.
