Team Buck Rogers Fishing Charters offer a variety of trips suited for fishermen of any experience level. Captain Chad specializes in offshore fishing, from bottom fishing to trolling. With 25 years of experience behind him, he knows exactly where to take you for a good time fishing. Fishing in these parts is great during the entire year, so the best time for a trip is whenever you want it to be.
Waters near Jacksonville offer a variety of places to go fishing, from caves and ledges to artificial reefs such as concrete rubble, culverts, reef balls, and so on. Following from that, the fish species you will encounter are numerous and include Red snapper, Gag Grouper, Black Sea Bass, Vermilion Snapper, Cobia, Tarpon, King Mackerel, Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, and a variety of sharks as well. Even the Great White is known to be spotted every now and then.
Captain Chad has two center console boats, which as very similar as you will no doubt notice from some of the photos available. You will find they have all the necessary safety and navigation equipment included, as well as a toilet for those longer trips out. The spacious T-Tops will provide plenty of shade for a comfortable journey. A cooler can be provided for any drinks or snacks you might decide to bring in as well.
All the necessary fishing equipment including rods, reels, and tackle is included, as well as the required fishing licenses. Some of the things you might to bring along are sunblock and polarised sunglasses, especially for long trips. Captain Chad will take care of the rest. Come aboard as a client, and leave as a friend!

Had a blast!
We had an awesome time with Captain Matt on our first deep sea fishing trip out of Jacksonville! He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. The fishing was exciting, the weather was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to deep sea fishing. Just a heads-up for anyone booking the same boat; if nature calls, be ready to use the bucket!

6 Hour Trip with Captain Kyle
We had an 8 hour booked but due to inclement weather we switched to a 6 hour trip. Captain Kyle got it done for us, we went out with 3 other boats at the same time, but we were the only ones with fish on board. While most captains move around, he was determined with his patience and got us on some monster King Mackerel and a huge Barracuda. I will 100% say we will be returning with Captain Kyle in fall. I wanted to mention the Buck Rogers team on the backend too. Very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and are 100% committed to you and your experience. Amazing Day of Fishing with Captain Bill
We booked a full day on the water with Captain Bill and we had an absolute blast out there. The boat was perfect and clean, the equipment was in great condition, and he had us on fish ALL DAY LONG. The water was a little choppy so Captain Bill really had to work hard keeping us in good positions. He was working with his partners in other boats exchanging information which I feel like makes a huge difference. Especially for tracking different species. Beyond tiring ourselves out reeling in fish, Bill had a great sense of humor; the jokes were flying around all day long. I would highly recommend fishing with these guys. I'll be back and definitely requesting this Captain.

Ty was amazing! I was a complete beginner, and Ty was so personable and helpful! He made sure the trip was exactly what we wanted, made sure we caught fish and taught me so many fun facts! Absolutely recommended and we'll definitely be booking again!
