If you are keen on fishing offshore species, but don't want to sacrifice comfort and luxury, you've come to the right place. Aqua Sports runs trips that target prestigious offshore fish off the coast of Mexico.
Climb aboard the 38' Sea Hunter I, a grand vessel capable of holding 8 anglers at the same time. It has been restored in 2016, so you know you will get all the modern luxuries you could wish. It's powered by twin 320 HP Caterpillar engines, allowing you to reach the fish in no time. It has a full-head toilet, two fighting chairs, a spacious interior to boot. Full on sportfishing, combined with maximum comfort.
The fish you'll be going after are mainly prestigious pelagic predators, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Striped and Black Marlin, as well as Yellowfin Tuna. You will go up to 25 miles offshore in search of these trophies. Light and heavy tackle, as well as trolling, bottom fishing and spinning are the techniques used on this charter.
All required equipment is provided by the charter operators. A fishing license is included in the trip price. The professional crew on board is trained in both excellent sportfishing and fine hospitality, they are keen on making sure your experience is a fantastic and memorable one. (5 HRS) OFFSHORE / DEEP SEA FISHING on December 26, 2025 • 2 adultsThe experience wss better than advertised. left port around 7 am, the guides started dtopping lines in after about an hour. one of 6 lines bit within minutes. pulled the sailfish in close, but he broke the hook. hooked another sailfish, was able to get him in close, the guide pulled it into the boat. it was huge, took about 25 mins to pull him close. the team know what they are doing. thanks Carlos, Hector and Jorge!

The captain, Arturo, was awesome and found a school of Toros (Jacks?) and we caught two of those. Saw some whales and then he spotted a marlin feeding and went after it. All of a sudden, the line whizzed and he was on! Super exciting!! It was a great day all around and I would definitely use Aqua Sports again!!

I booked my trip which consisted of only me and my wife was extremely concerned about safety due to reports about bad things. I convinced her all would be good and they were very good. Fishing was not awesome but the experience was. Catching a 25 lb Mahi/Mahi just added to a safe, friendly and very satisfying trip.

capt and first mate were awesome. share lots of knowledge of the fishery and the area. owner issac answered every question I had along the way. We caught 1 Mahi and a shipjack. missed 2 other opportunities at short strikes. Also got an upclose view of some humpback whales. trip was as advertised a d very convient from our cruise port day down to the driver who picked us up
