Hook’n Them Up Fishing Charters invites you to spend the day fishing for Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, and a range of other great fish in one of the most scenic parts of the country. You will be fishing out of Port McNeill, in the remote northeast of the island, and spending the whole day wrestling huge fish into the boat.
Vancouver Island is as famous for its nature as it is for its fishing. Capt. Steve heads a family charter business which has been operating in the area for years. They have the skills and local knowledge needed to get you on the catch of a lifetime. They are also able to vacuum pack all your catch so you can fly it home at the end of the trip.
Launching out of Port McNeill, you will be able to chase a wide range of tasty fish, with five species of Salmon alone. You will be fishing aboard a 27’ Sea Ray sportfishing boat which can fit four anglers with ease. She has a head onboard for extra comfort and is equipped with GPS and fishfinder to sound out the cool, blue waters beneath you.
Capt. Steve welcomes anglers of any age or experience level aboard. Whether you’re complete beginners looking for some tasty fish and a beautiful view, or seasoned sportfishers looking to beat your personal best, he has the equipment, the boat, and the experience to build your perfect fishing trip.

10 Hour Trip (Tax Not Included)
My daughter, two grandsons (8 & 10) and myself were on the trip! The 8 year old has autism and struggled a bit but with the action of catching fish and the captain's assistance we were able to keep him happy for the 8.5 hour trip. For both boys it was there first salmon and larger fish with included coho, rock fish and halibut. My daughter hadn't fished in a decade so she enjoyed herself as well. Fun was had by all!
