StriperXtreme Guide Service
StriperXtreme is freshwater fishing charter run by Captain Bobby Crabtree during the entire year. This part of Eastern Tennessee is located near noteworthy places such as Pigeon Forge, the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, which means it can be loads of fun for the whole family.
Bobby has 2 boats he fishes out of one is a 24’ Sea Ark that is powered by a 200hp Suzuki and the other is a 24’ Angler Quest center console that’s powered by a single 200 HP Suzuki engine. It’s got all the necessary safety and navigation gear needed for a safe and productive day on the water, with enough room for up to 6 prospective anglers. It’s got a livewell for bait, as well as a wireless trolling motor for when you need to run silent. Captain Bobby mainly uses live bait but also ustilizes trolling downriggers or any ther means to put fish in the boat.
If you have never fought a Striped Bass or Hybrid on Cherokee Lake, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. It is the strongest freshwater fish by far and great table fare as well. Bobby makes sure to follow Bass migration patterns, and always knows the best option for getting you on the fish quickly.
Rods, reels, and terminal tackle come included in the price of the trip. All you need to do is bring a valid fishing license, as well as a pair of sunglasses and some sunscreen. Feel free to pack drinks and snacks too if you’re so inclined. You’re sure to have a memorable experience with Captain Bobby and StriperXtreme.

Half Day Trip (AM) trip
Amazing Experience
What an amazing experience! After reading several reviews for options in the area we decided on Bobby and boy was it a great decision. Everything from booking to meeting and the actual fishing was easy and handled effortlessly. We caught so many fish! There was so much excitement on the boat with my boys ages 10, 8, and 4 and Bobby handled it great! Grateful to have made such a spectacular memory! Fish on!

Great Time Fishing with Capt Bobby
We fished with Capt Bobby July 28th. Anyone who fishes knows it can be difficult in the heat of summer to get on the fish.There were 5 in our family fishing and were were all able to catch multiple beautiful Striper along with some small mouth bass. We kept some fish which Bobby fillet for us to to take back to our cabin for a family fish fry. I would definitely recommend Extreme Striper. Capt Bobby is definitely a professional and knows where to find the fish. I would 100% recommend!

Caught our limit in two hours
Knew how to put us on the fish. We were about 30 minutes late and had our limit for three people (plus one for Bob) before 930. Trolled around the lake a bit. Caught some bait fish for the tanks (good fun for my son). Bob fileted ofillers. 6 one gallon zip lock bags of striper fillets! Had a great day. Would recommend

Captain Bobby aka StiperXtreme Guide Service experience was off the hook!!! We caught fish right from the start in spillway fast water. Stipers, hybrid and a paddle fish (spoon bill). We then moved to calmer waters with planer boards and caught several more striped bas!!! Overall a fantastic day!!! Bobby was very knowledgeable of the waters we fished and the fish we caught and how to catch them. We will definitely return and if your looking to catch fish with a guide this is your man!!
