43' Riviera – Blue Sky – Captain Luis – 4-Hour Fishing Charter – 2 Fish
Hollie and Lucas joined Captain Luis aboard the 43' Riviera Blue Sky for a morning that combined offshore sportfishing with a relaxed finish in the bay.
The couple requested a later departure because their hotel was approximately 45 minutes from the marina. Once aboard at F Dock, the morning was structured around four hours of fishing followed by a complimentary hour of floating.
The fishing produced two different Cabo game-fish species, highlighted by a sailfish that was released back into the Pacific.

Sailfish Highlights Cabo Fishing Charter
Sailfish bring a distinctive experience to offshore fishing. Their speed, streamlined shape and enormous dorsal fin make them one of the most recognizable game fish found around Los Cabos.
For Hollie and Lucas, the sailfish became the billfish highlight of their morning with Captain Luis.
Blue Sky Cabo releases billfish, allowing guests to experience the excitement of the catch while returning these important sport fish to the ocean.
The historical charter notes don't identify the exact fishing grounds, bait, lure or hookup sequence, so those details aren't being recreated.
Captain Luis Creates Cabo Fishing Experience
Private charters are about more than following a fixed schedule.
Hollie and Lucas were traveling approximately 45 minutes from their hotel, so their morning was arranged around a later start rather than requiring them to rush to the marina.
Captain Luis and the crew then concentrated on fishing until 11:00 AM.
The dorado added another classic Cabo species to the trip. Known for brilliant coloration and aggressive behavior, dorado offer a very different experience from billfish and helped give the couple variety during a relatively short fishing window.
Cabo Yacht Charter Shifts to the Bay
At 11:00 AM, the atmosphere aboard Blue Sky changed.
Fishing equipment gave way to relaxation as Hollie and Lucas began a complimentary one-hour float in the bay. The additional hour was provided after Blue Sky Cabo accommodated a change to their original charter day.
The Lily Pad was deployed, allowing the couple to finish their morning enjoying the water rather than immediately returning to the dock.
That flexibility is one of the advantages of chartering a private yacht.
A morning can be built around the guests—serious fishing for part of the trip and a completely different Cabo experience afterward.
