the captain and mate, were top notch.Captain was very attentive,and the mate on top of things.  Csptain put us on top of some big knot heads,came home with 23 keepers, threw a BUNCH of smallies back along with 2 flounders, and ling cod.  All in all had a GREAT day.  Would love to do it again. Definitely recommend the MALAKAI.

We had a perfect day for fishing and Captain Larry got us on fish right away.  He was professional and very knowledgeable.  The boat was immaculate and comfortable.  We caught about 45 fish, including 2 keeper flounder and 5 keeper sea bass.  The sharks were pesky and we hooked one.  It interrupted the fishing, but it was very cool so we didn’t mind.  The marina was easy to find and had a restaurant where we had lunch.  We wished the restaurant did cook your catch, but we cooked it that... It was our first time targeting black sea bass on off-shore wrecks.  We kept 35 and released even more.  Captain Larry put us on fish and Mate Bill kept our hooks baited and patiently untangled our snags.

Captain Larry and Bill were very knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible throughout the whole trip. We caught a lot with a handful of keepers. Will definitely be back!
