This trip was well worth it. Capt. Matt is a down to earth guy and knows what he’s doing. Not only did we get to experience a beautiful adventure, we ended up hooking into two spanish mackerel. I highly recommend going out with Captain Matt to experience the beautiful trip in the Outer Banks! Thank you!!

Captain Matt is a great captain. He’s accessible and stayed in touch throughout the booking up to the trip. He’ll help you out anyway he can. He pays attention to what you want and tries his best to get it for you. I knew it was going to be rough, but was in a time crunch. He gave me an out, but I went anyway. He handled the boat exceptionally well and got us some fish. In short, he knows what the hell he’s doing and I trust him. Great captain.

Was only able to book the 3hr trip this time. Had a great experience. Captain is an awesome man to talk to, very knowledgeable. I came home with 9 fish! Id highly recommend captain Matt Fann. He’s Only guy I’m hitting the open water with out here.🐟🤙

Captain Matt is a class act. Prior to booking, he was quick to respond on the messaging app within FishingBooker and answered all my questions. Once on board, Captain Matt made sure we learned a lot about fishing in the area, the Oregon Inlet, and more. We were followed by a pod of dolphins which was incredible to see. We had a great time with Captain Matt. The weather was an obstacle as it was pretty rough and windy, but Matt was very upfront with expectations and we were game for a good day on the water. It took us a while to get a bite but the sights were worth it. We had a good time talking with Matt and it was an experience being in some rougher weather.
