I’m sorry to hear You had a different experience from most of our clients in the past. I’m sorry that you guys weren’t feeling well yesterday, the ocean definitely moves around more than land and sometimes people tend to get seasick, ocean conditions were actually below average for what we normally fish in and I’m sorry if you found that to be too rough. As far as the vessel goes it is exactly as described 36 foot and on the larger side of a vessel that length normally is, I’m not understanding what you mean about no sitting with back rest as there’s a full bench seat on the bridge they can sit 3 to 4 people with a back rest, two bench seats inside the cabin with padded back rest along with one under the shaded area on the back deck, the only seat that doesn’t have a back rest is our fish cooler that we’ve added a cushion on. The safety gear is explained as to its location in the morning along with other boat briefings and yes toilets on boats flush into the ocean when at sea, there’s no way to connect to land plumbing when we’re traveling 100+ miles at sea 💩 💦!  My understanding from Captain Joel was that you guys hooked mahi-mahi but had a little bit of angler error by putting the real into freespool which is why the fish came off, he also messaged me at roughly 9 in the morning stating that you guys wanted to go in early which obviously affects the outcome of the catch for the day. I’m sorry about the payment situation we should have our new credit card Swiper in the mail any day, this was the only way to take a payment other than calling it in but there is no extra associated fees other than the taxes that we discussed on the phone the night before and as well as when you booked the trip. Again I’m sorry you had such a different experience as to what you had hoped for but everything on our part was exactly as described through our website and through Fishing Boooker as far as the vessel, the techniques, and the crew.
