We were on El Pargo through Cabo Sportfishing with capitán Juan and Angel. It was just myself and my friend, 2 females in our 30’s. We never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. The guys were so welcoming, very kind and hospitable, and took great care of us! We did the full day (8 hour) deep sea trip. We started at 6am and they took us to the arch to and around to see all the formations. We tried for snapper there and got a couple bites. Those guys are tricky cause they swim into the rock opening and the line breaks on the sharp rocks. We then went out deep and trolled for marlin and mahi. With everything hooked up, all there was left to do was nap 🤣. We napped and snacked off and on. They had burritos, chips, nuts, granola bars packed for us and all the beer, soda and bottled water we could want. They had a speaker we could connect to for music and towels laid out for us. The boat was very clean and even had a bathroom! Best of all - we caught an eight foot striped marlin!!!! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone!

After a rough first day with the crew before, we didn’t know what to expect with our second charter, even considering not going out, but we are so glad we did! We ended having one of the greatest experiences ever, with the crew putting my grandson on his first ever mahi mahj (42 inches) and my husband on a trophy wahoo (60 inches) within 2 hours. The first mate was full of energy and extremely knowledgeable, always making us feel welcome and cared for!

Cabo Sportfishing Crew was fantastic. Easy to setup trip, fantastic lunch amd all bait/license imcluded. They were such a fun team, entertaining, and humorous crew with a lot of skill and experince. Angel understood and spoke English well and let us decide what type of fish we could go out after. He explained how to uae equipment whem fish was on and how he made the live bait lines. Quick to get boat out of dock and Angel immediately started setting up poles. Liked having 5-6 lines out at once to increase odds for our father daughter fishing trip. I felt the cost well reasonable and well worth the trip. We were able to hook and get 2 Blue Marlin into boat by 830am😃 This crew helped fill a 75yr old father’s dream of first time deep sea sport fishing with big catch!! Dont hesitate, book now you will be impressed with their knowledge, skill, humor. They ask you exactly what your expectations, hope of trip are and deliver.

We enjoyed our full day + transfer trip.  The crew was very friendly and easy to get along with.  We were hooked up with our first Marlin (~130lbs) within an hour.  Respectfully handled,  photographed and released.  Within the next hour we would land a 30 pound Mahi Mahi and have a slightly smaller Marlin just to the boat before quick release.  There were a few hours of watching other boats in the distance hook up,  seeing large whales on the horizon,  a few sharks jump completely out of the water,  etc… during the time we spent fishing and not catching,  the crew was active in changing lures and tactics and doing their best to get us back to catching.  Just before running out of time we hooked another Mahi that made an unexpected escape just at the boatside,  as well as the Wahoo and I had dreamed of managing to break the steel leader and escape… all in,  the boat and crew were excellent and I would highly recommend.

Captian Jose and deck hand Angel were amazing. We had a great day on the water with this crew.  We caught 5 Dorado, including a 40-pounder. We also caught a wahoo and skipjack. Angel showed his great fishing skills by spot casting and hooking a striped Marlin. Sadly, the Marlin broke the line 20 feet from the boat after a 30 min fight. Next time we come to Cabo, we will definitely be booking with this crew!
