The fishing was incredible—we caught our limit, and the action was nonstop! The highlight of the trip was watching my 7-year-old daughter reel in fish after fish. She had an absolute blast and even caught the biggest fish of the day! The crew was so patient and encouraging with her, which made the experience even more special.

We had an amazing time on our fishing charter. We brought our two kids (10 and 13), and they had such a fun time! The 4-hour trip was perfect, and trolling with lures kept things exciting—we caught over 20 walleye. Gary and Dale were so kind and always let us know when it was time to reel in a fish.  We followed them back to camp where they cleaned and bagged our fish, which was awesome.

This was a great family-friendly experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and successful day on Lake Erie.  Be prepared to take home a ton of fish!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better day! Captain Gary was top notch and made for a great experience. He had our group on fish within a minute of putting lines in the water. He and his first mate, Dale, took care of everything and were incredibly professional. I’d highly recommend Lucky Dog Sports Fishing to anyone.

I have taken my boys fishing in the Caribbean and Canada and who knew the best fishing was in my own back yard (somewhat…I live in Pittsburgh)!!! We caught an insane amount of walleye- about 30 but we threw some smaller ones back, and brought home 23 fish! One was 7lbs! The crew couldn’t get a break with all the bites on. the lines. They worked non-stop. Afterwards, we went back to their cute camp and the cleaned all of the fish and filleted and bagged it for us. I never had walleye before and let me tell you it is the best fish you will ever eat. My boys are already asking when we can go again, and we def will, but we have a lot of fish to eat through first! Highly recommend this trip.
