    Absolutely Amazing

Cameron was fantastic, easy to talk to, knows where the fish are at, and the best captain I’ve had on any charter yet so far. Great time out on the water, plenty of fish, 100% recommend would do again.

    Great Trip!

David got me and my buddy on some fish fast! we hammered some reds early but couldnt quite get the size we needed. then we caught our limit of black drums with a few trout. david moved us around and showed us new spots. patient with us while learning his method of fishing and explained at each new spot what we were looking for.

(4 Hour – Inshore Jetty Fishing)

    Son caught his personal best!

The Captain, Matt, tried his best to give us a great fishing adventure and he was able to provide my sons dream catch 37 inch Bull Redfish. We highly recommend this charter. We were able to catch the bull reds around the jetties on Oct 25, 2026!

Redfish, also called Red Drum, are a favorite inshore game fish. Anglers love their power, golden color, and the bold spot near the tail. Redfish fishing is all about sight, stealth, and a clean fight. These fish patrol shallow bays, marshes, and flats, and they crush baits with fast runs.

Most trips use inshore fishing with light tackle. Spinning gear and fly fishing both work well. Live shrimp, mullet, or small crabs are classic baits. Spoons, soft plastics, and topwater plugs also produce action. A popping cork makes a chugging sound that calls fish in. Sight casting means you spot the fish first, then place the lure ahead of it.

Expect calm, shallow water and quick strikes. This is a hands-on style that suits kids, first-timers, and seasoned anglers. Tides and low light often bring the best bite. Bring sun protection, a hat, and polarized sunglasses, which help you see fish in the water. Pack snacks, water, and non-marking shoes. Your captain or guide usually provides tackle and bait.

Rules for Redfish change by state and area. Before your trip, check local license and permit needs. Review season dates, harvest rules, and size and bag limits where you plan to fish. When in doubt, ask your captain and follow best catch-and-release practices.
