Resumen del viaje
On June 4, we departed Cabo San Lucas heading south. At approximately 3 miles offshore, a striped marlin aggressively struck the rigger bait, but after the initial hookup, it crossed the line and broke free, costing us the fish.
We then changed course west and continued fishing off the Diamante area. About 4 miles from shore, another striped marlin attacked the rigger bait. This time, after a great fight, we successfully brought the fish alongside the boat and released it in excellent condition.
On the run back toward Cabo, while working the 3-mile line, we had one final encounter with another striped marlin that aggressively followed the trolling lures but refused to commit.
We returned to the marina after another exciting day of marlin fishing.
