Hooked on the first cast!

We enjoyed our 4hr 6:30am charter with Cpt Len on Lake Blue Ridge. We booked last minute and he was on time/ready for a great day of fishing. He put us on our biggest catch of the day within minutes, hooked on first cast! Went to 3 different spots, caught spotted bass at all of them and kept 3, tossed the other 5 or 6 back. All in all it was a memorable morning, would book again.

Captain Slay was very friendly & professional. He immediately made us feel comfortable aboard his very nice boat. He is very knowledgeable and has everything you need to have a great day out on the water.
Len was determined to get us on fish as he adjusted his techniques to determine where & how the fish would take our baits.
We caught plenty spotted bass and 3 stripers, two over 20lbs!

Went looking for Walleye, but they were shy today. However, the day turned out OK, as we caught just about each type of fish in the lake: Spotted bass, Smallmouth bass, Two Channel Cats, Rainbow Trout and a Yellow Perch.
