    Manny Is the Man!

Couldn’t have asked for a better Captain. Manny is a genuine dude who really cares about your experience. My buddy and I had a great time and great experience fishing with Manny. I highly recommend him if you’re coming down to the keys to catch some fish, will not regret it!

Worth the Drive from Savannah – Amazing Fishing Trip! 🎣

We came all the way from Savannah as a group of three—my uncle and a newlywed couple—and we couldn’t have asked for a better fishing trip! Captain Chris was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so much fun. We caught some great fish and had an amazing time on the water. Definitely worth the drive from Savannah. We’ll absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

About Jack Crevalle fishing

Size
15 to 25lbs
Food Value
Low
Game Quality
Excellent

Jack Crevalle are hard-hitting game fish known for speed, power, and nonstop action. Anglers target them for explosive surface strikes and long runs. If you want fast-paced action and plenty of tug, Jack Crevalle fishing is a top choice.

You can catch Jack Crevalle with inshore fishing around bays, flats, and passes, or nearshore around jetties and reefs. Spinning with topwater plugs, popping lures, and fast-moving spoons works well. Live bait like mullet or menhaden also draws savage strikes. Fly fishing with large baitfish patterns is great when fish are busting bait on top.

Expect a loud hit, a deep bend in the rod, and a stubborn fight. This is a fun target for first-timers and seasoned anglers who want action over trophies. Bring sun protection, polarized sunglasses for spotting fish, and non-slip shoes. A captain will supply tackle, but a positive attitude and quick hook-sets help a lot. Many anglers release big fish to keep the action strong.

Rules can change by location, so check local fishing license and permit needs before your trip. Confirm open seasons, gear rules, and harvest limits with local authorities. Follow size and bag rules where you fish, and practice responsible handling if you release your catch.
