Its been very windy the past couple of weeks. Some days we get lucky and the winds are calm lr decent. But most days its been blowing but we are out there grinding away at the bites. Mostly being caught on live bait. And some on topwater to soft plastics. Winds are blowing from 5-30mph daily.

We are catching fish everywhere and everyday some days we are fishing in calcasieu lake then the next we are running from strong winds and chasing redfish in Lake Charles. Everything is being caught on live shrimp this past weekend

We are catching lots of redfish ans sheepshead. We are still targeting speckled trout as well and other species. We been sight casting redfish most days. Throwing mostly live shrimp under a cork.

Lots of tripletail are starting to show
Lots of tripletail are starting to show

We are catching every species of fish almost every day. Mostly trout, redfish, tripletail, sheepshead and black drum. We will see occasional flounder from time to time. We are throwing soft plastics to live shrimp and live mullet. Tripletail is a patience and persistence but been finding them almost everyday.
