We know fishing this early in July was a bit of a gamble.  Chris was amazing from the start and said they would do what they could to get us on some Salmon.  We got a check in text the day before and they recommended we switch our start time from 6am to 3am to increase our odds.  Ron and Zach had the spot dialed in and we started out slow but ended up maxing out at 48 Salmon!!!  These two guys are so experienced and super patient.  This trip is now our number #1 favorite for the morning... It was our first time on a drift boat and Michael made a great experience. The sockeye salmon were there and he worked extremely hard to put us on them and keep us on them but the bite just wasn’t there that day. It was awesome scenery and fun watching the fish jump all around us though. Would highly recommend Michael and this trip, especially when the run is further along. He knows what he is doing, is extremely hard working, and personable. Would definitely book with him again.
