We had a great time on the Penny Sue!  The captain and mate were helpful, interesting, knowledgeable, and did a great job.  We caught some striped Bass and had a lovely morning fishing out on the bay

We booked an afternoon fishing trip about a month out. Our skeptical daughter had a great time. She learned how to cast, using live bait and lures. She ended up catching the most! Due to the season we only caught perch, despite being taunted by some rockfish we saw swimming past the boat! The captain and first mate were fantastic! It was such a fun and memorable trip. We cannot recommend Capt. Mike enough! He knows so much history and information about the area, we learned a lot about the bay... Altro

What a great day! We had 7 people in our party. Four of them has never fished before. Capt. Mike and his mate were totally awesome. Capt. Mike called me the day before to advise me that the Striped Bass (Rock Fish) had moved out of the area. However he suggested that we still give it a try. We caught small spot fish for bait (the kids were excited). We then went the Bay Bridge which is an area known for rock fish.
