How can I enter FishingBooker's Loyalty Program?
Simply book a trip through FishingBooker with any captain, in any location. Once you've gone fishing, you'll be automatically enrolled in Level 1 of the Loyalty Program. You'll be eligible for discounts starting from 10% on your next trip, applicable on all eligible charters.

How can I progress towards the next level?
Loyalty levels are unlocked based on how many trips you complete over a 2 year period. You'll be notified every time you level up and can always visit your profile to see how close you are to unlocking the next level.
How many levels are there in FishingBooker's Loyalty Program?
The FishingBooker Loyalty Program currently has 3 levels. Access to levels you already unlocked will not expire, meaning those Loyalty discounts are yours to enjoy any time you book an eligible charter. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your status to update.
Does the Loyalty Program include any benefits besides discounts?
Currently our Loyalty Program only includes discounts on eligible charters, ranging from 10% to 20% depending on your Loyalty level. Stay tuned for future updates, as we're always working on making our program even better for you.
What happens to my progress in the Loyalty Program if my booking gets canceled?
If your booking is canceled and your fishing trip doesn't take place, it won't count toward your progress in the Loyalty Program. You have the option to change or reschedule your booking in order to avoid canceling it. If you go on a rescheduled fishing trip, it will count toward your progress.
