Your Fishing Charter

Odyssey Fishing Charters is located in Cape Canaveral and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Enjoy a deep sea fishing trip in chase of a variety of species as well as Shark fishing trips nearshore. Odyssey Fishing is conveniently located at Sunrise Marina in Port Canaveral, near Cocoa Beach. It takes only 1 hour from Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, and other Orlando area attractions. It is currently in its 25. year of business.

Capt. Tim and Capt. Robbie will do their best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 6 to 10-hour trips, mainly fishing for King Mackerel, Cobia, Dolphin, Snapper, Amberjack, and Sailfish, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, jigging, and spinning.  Live bait in advance when available - on certain types of trips, a portion of the charter time is devoted to catching live bait to ensure greater success. 

Your fishing adventure starts on a 34' Michael Fitz boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet and an ice-box.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. As a complimentary service after your charter has ended, the crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home.

Live-bait fishing/slow trolling on reefs 15-20 nautical miles offshore could land Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Barracuda, Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna, Cobia, Wahoo, King Mackerel, and many more exciting species.

Half Day Trip (PM)

This trip will take you up to 20 nautical miles offshore targeting species such as King Mackerel, Cobia, Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna, and Sailfish. All fishing equipment, catch cleaning, as well as licenses are included in the price.

3/4 Day Trip (AM)

This trip will take you up to 35 nautical miles offshore. You and the crew will go after Blackfin Tuna, Cobia, King Mackerel, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, and Sailfish. You can also chase bottom species such as Gag Grouper, Amberjack, Red Snapper, Triggerfish, Mangrove Snapper, and Vermilion Snapper. With 9 hours at your disposal, you are able to target just about any and all species available offshore Port Canaveral.
