Your Fishing Charter

Silver Dog Charters offers world-class Salmon and Trout fishing out of Port Washington, Wisconsin. Captain Alex Swartzlander will work hard to put your group on fish. Even when fishing gets tough he will go the extra mile to make your trip enjoyable and a memorable experience! 

Aboard “Silver Dog,” you will enjoy a tournament style fishing experience on a boat that is designed and rigged to catch fish. The HewesCraft allows for longer and faster runs to the most productive waters. Silver Dog is also equipped with all necessary fishing gear and safety equipment allowing for a safe trip and peace of mind for all on board.

The fishing season starts in April and lasts until November. Depending on the month, you will catch a mix of King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, and Lake Trout. Groups of 3 will have plenty of space to fish for these species in comfort.

Captain Alex will provide rods, reels, and tackle, live bait, and lures, and will also clean and fillet your catch at the end of the trip. Kids are welcome aboard. Please purchase a fishing license before the day.
