If you’re looking for a fun and productive day of fishing on the Space Coast, Port Fishing Charters might just be what the doctor ordered! With Capt. John, Troy or Andy will lead the way to some of the best fishing grounds around Cape Canaveral, there’s a good chance you’ll be coming home with a lot of fish and a story or two to tell.

Join your guide on his 22’ Sea Pro, powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine and enough room for up to 4 anglers to fish comfortably. The vessel sports reliable navigational electronics that will take you where the fish hides, a live bait well, and all the quality fishing gear you might need.

On your trip, you’ll mostly use live bait, but if you’ve got experience with lures, your guide will have them ready for your convenience. In these prolific inshore and nearshore waters, there’s an abundance of species that are both fun to catch and make for an excellent meal.

Depending on your preferences and how much time you’ve got on your hands, you can expect anything from Snook, Redfish, Snapper, Bluefish, Flounder, Pompano, and Tripletail. The more time you have on the water, the greater the opportunity to catch something you’ll want to brag about to your fishing buddies.

Kids of all ages are always welcome to join the trip and Capt. John or Troy can actually take out 4 adults and have life jackets for everyone. But we can only take out up to 800lbs of total body weight per a trip on this bay boat. If you’re going on a longer expedition, make sure to have plenty of snacks and drinks, and leave everything else in the captain’s capable hands.

Hit the bountiful Cape Canaveral waters with Port Fishing Charters and come back to shore richer for one great fishing experience! The captains work hard to make your trip great. 20% tips are custom in this industry. Not mandatory but appreciated.

If you'd like a bit more time on the water to catch the best of the morning bite, this 4-hour excursion will fit nicely into your plans. You'll cover more ground and have more opportunity to catch big fish up to 7 miles from the shore. On the menu are Bluefish, Tripletail, Snook, Mangrove Snapper, and Jack among many others. Pack some snacks and drinks, and you're good to go.

If you don't have a lot of time, but you'd still like to do some fishing, this short but sweet trip is the one for you. You'll use live shrimp and croakers around jetties to attract the likes of Tripletail, Snook, Redfish, Bluefish, Jack, Mangrove Snapper, and Mackerel, among others.

The fun never stops on the plentiful waters of Cape Canaveral and even if you spend a couple of hours fishing here, chances are, you'll hook something to your liking. You'll be using live bait to get the attention of  Spanish Mackerel, Snook, Redfish, Pompano, Tripletail, Bluefish, Jack, Mangrove Snapper, and more.

Rise and shine and head out to hunt all the favorite inshore species in the abundant waters of Cape Canaveral! Your morning will start with prowling the jetties in search of Snook, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Spotted Seatrout, and that's just to name a few.

2 Hour Trip – Inshore (5:30PM)

A great trip for the family and fisherman that wants to catch fish. We stay inside the port and jetties. Catch anything from tripletail, snook, redfish, flounder, bluefish, jack, sharks, and a lot more different species. An average trip catches 10-20 fish ranging in all sizes from 1-20 lbs.

One of the best things about fishing in Cape Canaveral is that you don't have to get up super early to find a good bite. Meet with Capt. John at noon and let him put you on the trail of fish. Anything from Redfish, Snook, Tripletail, Bluefish, Mangrove Snapper, Flounder, and Jack is in the cards. Remember to bring your favorite snacks and drinks for the trip.
