Your Fishing Charter

Let Reel Floridian Fishing give you the experience of a lifetime out on the waters off the coast of Lighthouse Point! You’ll join Captain Tyler or Capt Chris, who have been fishing since they were children. The captain will take you to some of his secret spots, and prolific fishing grounds in the area to make your trip is productive and successful.

Join him on a 33’ Contender center console boat, accommodating up to 6 anglers. The boat is powered by twin 300 Suzuki Outboards, so it can develop some serious speed, taking you to the fishing grounds in no time. It’s fitted with all the navigational electronics, and there’s a private toilet on board for your convenience.

Head out to some of the richest waters of the mighty Atlantic as you search for some trophy specimens. There’s a whole host of fish species inhabiting these waters, and some of them that you can expect to target are Snapper, Scup, Grouper, King Mackerel, Cobia, Sailfish, and Mahi Mahi.

You’ll be fishing using Shimano rods, reels, and tackle, and Capt. Tyler will be happy to clean and fillet your catch for you to take home for a nice dinner. From viewing various marine life like turtles and dolphins to catching the fish of a lifetime, this is an adventure you won’t forget!

Make sure to bring some food and drinks, especially on longer trips to stay refreshed throughout the day,

For this trip, Reel Floridian will take a large party out fishing on our private charter. We have multiple boats and captains and will need to split large groups between 2 boats. You will be fishing the same area, so this usually makes for a fun and competitive excursion! Please be flexible with the start time and date as we have to coordinate both our boats and captains to take you fishing at the same time! This option is much better than a party boat since this is private charter fishing.

This trip is good when the seas are rough offshore. We will stay in the intercoastal waterway and target Tarpon, Snook, Jacks, and Sapper. 
You and the captain might even try your hand at sharks!

We highly recommend booking a sport fishing trip for lots of fishing action but, this trip is affordable for those who want to get out on the water.

Trolling is the preferred method of many experienced fishermen. It allows you to cover ground and target big pelagic species such as Wahoo, King Mackerel, and Tuna.

Don't confuse deep dropping with bottom fishing! Deep dropping is where electric reels are used to target deep water fish species like Tilefish, Snowy Grouper, and Queen Snapper! These fish dwell in depths from 500' deep to over 1000 feet of water! If you are up for an adventure and want the opportunity to catch some awesome deepwater species, book this trip!

4 Hour Deep Dropping - AM

As an experienced captain, if you asked Captain Tyler "What's the hardest fighting fish in the sea?", he would answer simply. Sharks. Shark fishing is an epic and memorable experience and challenge of man vs beast. Don't be discouraged though! With your crew's guidance, even a 10-year-old can handle the fight. Teamwork is encouraged!

4 Hour Shark Fishing - AM

On this trip, we target Pelagic fish such as mahi mahi, sailfish, tuna, wahoo, and king mackerel!

Tactics may include trolling, kite fishing, live bait drifting, and or jigging. We do what is best based on current fishing conditions!


The best option for the biggest fish and most action for the day.

4 Hour Sport Fishing - AM

On this trip, you'll spend 4 hours on the water using live bait and trolling looking for the big bite! Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish, and big King are all possible targets. All the fishing gear will be waiting for you on board, just bring some snacks and drinks, and get ready to have an experience of a lifetime!

Growing up to 1000 lbs with a 4' Sword bill, the Swordfish trip is an all-or-nothing experience that could result in the fish of a lifetime . Not to mention a pile of delicious Sword steaks.
