Top Notch Sportfishing is located in Marathon and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Embark on an offshore, wreck, reef, or bay fishing adventure! Captain Bill customizes the charter to your dreams and expectations. With nearly two decades of professional fishing experience, he will get you tight with the fish of a lifetime.

Capt. Bill will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 12-hour trips, fishing for everything from Snapper and Grouper on the reef to Sailfish and Tuna offshore! The species also include Dolphin, Cobia, and Amberjack. On your trip, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, drift fishing, jigging, kite fishing, popping, and spinning.

Your fishing adventure starts on a 31' Egret boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with an ice-box and the latest in Garmin electronics.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.

We will target one of the most sought after sportfish in the world, Tarpon! We will fish the structures beheath the beautiful seven mile bridge to target this world class specie. The water is generally calm in the areas we target tarpon so that makes this a good option for anglers who are weary of rough seas or venturing far from shore. Tarpon feed at dawn and dusk. A dusk trip will offer a view of the sunset from the boat. This trip is available April-June.
