Wild Orange Charters invites you to experience the thrill of deep sea fishing in Orange Beach and Gulf Shore, Alabama. Whether you are a novice or the most seasoned angler, you can rest assured you will have a fun day out with the Wild Orange crew.

Step onboard the “Wild Orange”, a 38’ custom built offshore sport fishing boat. She comes powered by twin 360 HP Volvo Penta D6 engines and can cruise at a top speed of 18 knots. The Wild Orange is fitted with fish finding and navigational electronics to aid your search for the fish, along with other professional accessories. Inside, the is air-conditioned and has a toilet, a shower, and a bed for you to take a nap in between bites. All aboard!

Wild Orange Charters has tailored a variety of packages to meet your specific needs. Test the waters on a half-day trip and fish up to 3 miles out and slowly troll for King and Spanish Mackerel during the warmer months. Head a few miles farther and troll and bottom fish for Red Snapper and Vermillion Snapper. Travel as far as 50 miles offshore to get White Snapper, Triggerfish, Grouper, Wahoo, Amberjack, and who knows what else?

There is no minimum age on a trip with Wild Orange Charters. No one is ever too young or too old to fish with the crew! Before you make your first cast, the captain will guide you through the basics to make sure you know how to use the tackle. 

All trips come with quality rods, reels, tackle, bait, lures, and licenses for you and your group. Catch cleaning and filleting are available at a small charge.

This is the shortest trip we off and is designed to give you a taste of what it’s like to experience what it’s like to bottom fish. It’s not at trip for anglers who want to load the boat with fish to take home to eat, but it is perfect for beginners who want to get a first time experience

6 Hour Trip – Spring Break (AM)

On this trip, which is perfect for anglers of all abilities, and families with little ones, you'll have the chance to hook Red Snapper, King and Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, and more. Your captain will be on hand to show you the ropes, and to help first-time anglers reel in the catch of their dreams. Rods, reels, bait, tackle, and your fishing license are included.

5 Hour trip

A 6-hour trip during the spring break. The trip lasts from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

6 Hour Trip – Spring Break (PM)

This trip is the crew's most popular trip and the best choice for families not looking to spend all day out on the water. The crew specializes in ultra-light tackle fishing when Red Snapper isn't in season. The boat is equipped with top-of-the-line gear (reels and rods) and you can choose which type of rod and reel you’d like to use. The crew typically trolls on the way out and if extra time is needed, it will choose to run back in giving you more time bottom fishing! You will target multiple species.

6 Hour Trip – Summer Rate (AM)

This trip is the crew's most popular trip and the best choice for families not looking to spend all day out on the water. The crew specializes in ultra-light tackle fishing when Red Snapper isn’t in season. Your boat is equipped with top-of-the-line gear (reels and rods) and you can choose which type of rod and reel you’d like to use. The crew typically trolls on the way out and if extra time is needed, it will choose to run back in giving you more time bottom fishing! You will target multiple species.

6hr Summer Rate- pm

Twelve-hour trips are offered when Snapper is off the season and are for the serious angler who wishes to fill their freezer full! The target species are the same as the 10-hour except for Red Snapper. One of the added joys of this trip is that you get to see the sun rise and set from the water and it is absolutely breathtaking! The trip allows you to get just a few miles farther and into those waters that don’t get messed with as often! The trip goes 40-50 miles offshore.
