Your Fishing Charter

Make an adventure out of your next trip to Taupo and go fishing with Taupo Lake Adventures Ltd.

Fishing around here will often see you targeting Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout. For these species, you're likely to deep troll using downriggers and light tackle. If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard. 

Capt. Nick welcomes you aboard a 22' Cuddy cabin with room for 4 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures.

You will need to buy a Taupo fishing license. You can do this online or Capt. Nick can arrange licenses for you. Don't leave home without snacks, sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor.
