Your Fishing Charter

Join Above C-Level Adventures, based out of Wanchese NC and docked at Wanchese Marina and Landing Grill. Together you will explore the Bay, marsh flats, and the Atlantic! Let local Capt. Clay McPherson guide you to all of his favorite hot spots in the area.

Charters are aboard a smooth-riding 22’ Key West Bay Boat with GPS navigation, Digital Imaging Fishfinder electronics, and a multimedia system. It also features multiple live bait tanks, an ice box, and all rods and fishing tackle.

Above C-Level Charters will have you tackling a wide variety of fish species that this area is blessed with, such as Trout, Flounder, Red Drum, Sheephead, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Striped Bass and more, and all within an entertaining and laid back environment. The crew caters to both novice and seasoned anglers and the charters are family-friendly, so bring the kids along for a fun day on the water! All trips include fishing gear and tackle, bait, and licenses.

If you have a certain species of fish you wish to target or are just looking to catch whatever is the biggest and biting the best, Capt. Clay will make sure you have the best opportunity to target your desired fish and are comfortable onboard the vessel.

This trip is specifically designed for children that are wanted to get into FishIng!! Whether they have been out on the water before or it will be there first time, we are the boat to get you going and get you started. We specialize in teaching kids how to cast and how to properly fish for them to be more successful in the future. This trip also allows us to do a little bit of island hopping for the younger kids so that they could get their feet wet and pick up hermit crabs, and all kinds of cool things

2 Hr Fishing Blitz

This fishing trip is more geared toward dolphin and porpoises. Wow, we are looking for those guys. We will be trolling for bluefish in Spanish mackerel to feed the dolphin.

Trolling Dolohin Tour

This trip is designed to cater to speckled trout and red drum fishing. All of these techniques will be in less than 7 foot of water and each individual person on the boat will have their own Rod in their hand and doing it all by themselves.

4 hr Inshore Trip

Expect to have a wonderful time on the water and catch some fish!!

This trip is designed to target speckled trout and red drum and any other inshore fish that is fun to catch and good to eat. There is a wide variety of inshore artificial reefs, and multiple oyster bed areas to fish. The six hour trip compared to the four hour trip allows us to travel further away from the marina to fish areas that are less fished, which makes them better to fish

6 hr Inshore Trip

Six hour trip includes multiple locations of drum fishing and multiple other species. We can also troll for fish as well.
