Your Fishing Charter

Atlantida Punta Cana is located in Cap Cana Marina, one of the most exclusive marinas in the Caribbean — not just because of its beauty, but also because of its proximity to the best spots for deep sea fishing and Marlin fishing. 

Just 20 minutes after departure from the dock, you will be able to start fishing. Look forward to catching Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Blue and White Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Albacore, Barracuda, and Cero Mackerel, depending on the season. January to May is prime time for White Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo, while July - December is a great time to fish for Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, and Wahoo. 

Atlantida Punta Cana offers one of the best boats for this type of fishing. ‘Marlin Fever’ is a 36’ Phoenix convertible yacht powered by twin Cummins engines. Come on board and explore the spacious living quarters, including a master suite and full bathroom. And when it comes to fishing, everything is provided: a fighting chair, GPS, and fish finder, as well as Shimano and Penn fishing gear, and a variety of lures. After the trip, there are restaurants at the marina where you can get your catch cooked and enjoy!

Half Day Trip - Offshore (PM)

Come and fishing with the Pros aboard the Marlin Fever. Head out for a full-on big game experience just a few miles from the dock. Captain José Luis was born and raised on Punta Cana's oceans and he won't rest until he finds fish on every trip. This trip includes all rods, reels, and terminal tackle, as well as ice, sodas and water.

Half Day Trip - Offshore (AM)

Head out in search of big game species like Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna, and more on this six-hour charter. The extra couple of hours gives you even more fishing time without taking up the whole day. This trip includes a private transfer from the Bávaro and Punta Cana areas, as well as ice, sodas and water. Transportation complementary at cap cana resorts. From bávaro area it’s $50 private transportation.

3/4 Day Trip - Offshore

Maximise your chance of hookups on a full day trip, which will give you 8 hours dock to dock to fish for Marlin. We go to The 3 rocks and Cabeza de Toro areas, famous for their huge Blue and White Marlins all year. We can also catch Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and more. Transportation is complimentary if you are at Cap Cana hotels. $50 per party of four if you are in Bávaro. Included: ice, sodas, water and sandwiches.
