Your Fishing Charter

Imagine this: fishing out on blue waters, with a friendly crew, and a stunning mountain backdrop behind you. This is all possible when fishing in Budva, Montenegro, with Deep Blue. Captain Dusan is a bilingual captain who decided to begin his own company after years of experience fishing with his father, becoming president of the sport fishing club “Deep Blue”, and placing 4th in the State Championship. He is highly accomplished and is looking forward to sharing his wealth of knowledge with you.

Step on board his 24’ pilothouse boat, which was recently restored in 2019. She’s ready and raring to go, decked out in safety and navigational gear. You can sit back and enjoy the ride when heading out to the fishing grounds, sat under the adjustable cover. There’s also a private restroom on board, along with a kitchen and beds. 

The species you’ll be targeting depend on which trip you go on. An hour from shore and you can target Bluefin Tuna and Swordfish. The bait for the trip is prepared before the trip, so no time is wasted heading out. Any big game caught will belong to the boat.

 Families with kids will enjoy the light fishing trips – catch is guaranteed and can be kept. The fish are smaller closer to shore but plentiful. The captain can advise you which restaurants you can take your catch to, to be cooked for an additional cost. There’s no minimum age requirement for children fishing with Capt. Dusan, as he knows that the parents know best.

There’s something for everyone on board! Capt. Dusan will do everything he can to make sure your day is productive and fun. He includes the rods, reels, and bait (when used) in all fishing trips, along with bottled water. You’ll need to bring along your own food, as well as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

All that’s left to do is book a trip with Deep Blue. Capt. Dusan looks forward to welcoming you on board and catching fish together!

Experience an unforgettable 2-hour fishing trip around Budva! The tour combines a panoramic cruise along the spectacular Budva coastline with exciting trolling fishing for blue fish. During the trip, you'll have the chance to enjoy stunning sea views, crystal-clear waters, and the hidden coves of the Montenegrin Riviera.

We target blue fish such as barracuda, bluefish, bonito, little tunny other attractive marine species. An experienced captain will introduce you to the basics of trolling technique.

This trip is perfect for families with children, as you'll definitely be able to catch fish off the coast of Budva – the captain guarantees it! Species to target include Bonito, Mackerel, and other small fish, such as Bluefish and bottom fish. Water will be provided along with the rods and reels for the day. Don't forget to bring sun protection along. You can keep your catch from this trip, which can be cooked at a restaurant for a small fee

3 hours of Budva (PM)

This is a 6-hour trip fishing close to the coast of Budva. It's great for families with children, as the captain can guarantee they'll catch something! Targeted species include Mackarel, small Bluefish, and other bottom fish. Just bring your snacks and sunscreen along. Included in the price are rods, reels, and water. You can keep your catch after this trip if you want. The captain will let you know which restaurants can cook it for you – they will charge for this service.

4 hours - NEARSHORE FISHING AM

This is a great trip for families and kids, as the captain can guarantee that you'll catch something off the coast of Budva. Fish are smaller but plentiful and include Mackerel, Bluefish, and other bottom fish. Water, rods, and reels are included in the price of the trip. You'll need to bring snacks, sunscreen, and sunglasses along. You can keep your catch after the trip, which can be taken to a local restaurant and cooked for you – the restaurant will charge for this service.

4 hours - NEARSHORE FISHING PM

This trip is for 2 experienced spearos. You'll be spearfishing near the coast in Budva with the captain, who is a spearfishing state champion. You'll be spearfishing on the bottom, waiting in the blue water, looking in their hidey-holes. You must have your own equipment on this trip and experience. The captain will let you know which fish can be kept and which belong to the boat. Bring your own snacks, water will be provided.

5 Hours – Spearfishing 2 MAX (AM)

This trip will take you around 1 hour to get to the fishing grounds, around 15 miles from shore. You'll be targeting Tuna and Swordfish. The trip includes 30-40 kg of sardines for drifting, which are bought before the trip begins. You'll need to bring your own snacks, but water is provided. The fishing gear and tackle are also included in the price. Any fish caught on this trip belong to the boat.
