Explore the inshore and nearshore waters around Virginia Beach, Virginia and have a great time catching fish with Sea Teaser Sportfishing! Along with Captain Tyler Rowe, you’ll explore these fish-rich grounds and target a great variety of species prized for being tasty as well as tough-fighting. Pick your day and embark on a fishing adventure in Virginia Beach!

You will be fishing on a 36’ Hatteras sport fishing boat “M/T Pockets”. She can accommodate up to 6 anglers each, are powered with Cummins engines, and are rigged with full-featured navigation technology that will provide a safe and quick trip to the fish and back. The boat has a flybridge, kitchen, toilet, shower, as well as bed. To provide an even better experience on the water, the boat features a refrigerator, an ice box, and even a first mate.

The vast choice of species you can target includes Spanish mackerel, ribbonfish, red drum, cobia, black seabass, flounder, and more depending on which trip you choose. Using light and heavy tackle, you can chase them by bottom fishing, deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, as well as drift fishing. You’re free to keep all your catch as well as bring children on your trip.

The captain will provide you with all the fishing gear, as well as provide fishing licenses. This means you’ll only need your favorite snacks and drinks for the trip.

On the 2 hour trips, you can choose whether to sit back and have a few drinks and some dinner while cruising the oceanfront or put some lines out and see what happens. These trips are perfect for people who just want to get out on the water for a few hours to enjoy the ocean views or for a chance to catch some fish.

2 hour inshore fishing/cruise

Half day trips consist of trolling the oceanfront for Spanish Mackerel, ribbonfish, Cobia, and Red Drum. We will stay within 5 miles of the coast. 

Half Day Trip 4hr–Inshore (11:30AM)

Half Day Trip 4hr – Inshore (PM)

This trip allows you more time on the fishing grounds than the half day trip for a chance at putting more fish in the box. On these trips you will target the same species as a half day trip including Spanish mackerel, ribbonfish, cobia and red drum. We will stay within 5 miles of the coast

3/4 Day Trip 6hr – Inshore (AM)

Head out a bit further or just spend more time than on the half day trip and target the same species. This includes Red Drum, Tautog, Spanish Mackerel, as well as ribbonfish and Cobia. We will stay within 5 miles of the coast

3/4 Day Trip 6hr – Inshore (PM)

This trip will consist of trolling the oceanfront targeting species such as spanish mackerel, bluefish, ribbonfish, cobia and red drum. Our day will be spent within 5 miles of the coast.
