3/4 Day Trip • 2 adultsIt was a honeymoon trip for my wife and I. Despite weather shutting down Hatteras, Aaron picked us up off the beach on Ocracoke. We caught bluefish and spanish mackerel. We attempted shark fishing and thought we had hooked one, but it ended up being a large sting ray. It fought harder than anything I've ever caught! It was a 40-minute war of attrition to see if me or the ray would give up first. I got it to the boat, and then we cut it loose. Aaron took pictures of us with our catch for our honeymoon scrapbook and dropped us off at Ocracoke, and took our fish back to the marina to clean and package for us. On his way back, he saw a school of red drum and caught one to throw in with our catch as a surprise for us. I've done many charters on OBX, but Captian Aaron with Tightline Charters was hands down my best experience!

Capt Aaron far exceeded our expectations, he got us on the fish, gave excellent advice that will help future fishing adventures about techniques of casting, etc. Highly recommend taking a trip with him!
