  We had a great time with Wazapap Fishing Charter! We only caught two fish, but that's fishing—and the experience was excellent. We caught a sailfish early in the trip and later caught a beautiful mahi, making for a fun day on the water. The captain and deckhand were both friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout the trip. They worked hard to put us on fish and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We'd definitely fish with Wazapap again and highly recommend them!

  Great Fishing Trip

  Half Day Trip (PM) on July 1, 2026 • 6 adults

  We had an amazing 4-hour fishing trip! The captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to put us on the fish. We ended up catching four large mahi-mahi, which made for an unforgettable experience. The boat was clean, the equipment was in great condition, and the entire trip was well organized from start to finish. Whether you’re an experienced angler or a first-timer, I highly recommend this charter. We’ll definitely be back for another trip!

  What an unfogatable adventure

  I had the pleasure of stepping aboard David and Allan’s boat with my two young sons for a family fishing trip. We booked a 4-hour outing and caught four fish—much to the excitement of my kids! Allan was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my sons’ (many!) questions about fishing, which they absolutely loved. David even invited them up to “his office” so they could take in the view—such a special touch that made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this crew! They are friendly, trustworthy, helpful, and genuinely great with kids. Let’s go Wazapap!! 🎣

  Rocky Seas, One Wahoo, and an Awesome Day with Captain David”

  We went out fishing with Captain David on a day when the seas were definitely on the rougher side, but he handled everything with confidence and professionalism. Despite the conditions, we still managed to land a beautiful wahoo, which made the trip even more memorable. Captain David kept the mood upbeat the entire time, explained what we were doing, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. You can tell he knows these waters well and genuinely enjoys what he does. Even with challenging seas, the experience never felt stressful — just adventurous and fun. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable captain who stays positive, works hard to put you on fish, and delivers a great experience no matter the conditions, Captain David is a great choice. We’d absolutely go out with him again.

  Curçao World-Class Captain has dream set up!

  from the moment we were picked up at the dock the reception was warm and happy. it isn’t about the money for this team, it is a love of their craft, the ocean, and making sure their guests have a great time with or without fish in the box. I’ve used a lot of guides/captains in my travels and i would put these gentlemen at the top of the list. while we were fishing Alan gave me an in depth history lesson about the island that was unmatched by all other locals I’ve visited with while here. give them a go, you will not be disappointed!!!
