My son has been getting more and more into fishing and I wanted to give him a chance to fish outside of the pond in our park. I booked a night fishing trip with Captain Dwayne not really knowing what to expect. He was GREAT! Such a kind person. He planned a lovely evening with a few different spots in mind for us to try. He took care of everything and made us feel right at home. We caught a lot (nothing big enough to take home, but that's ok!) and even got a nighttime tour of the dam before heading in for the night. It's hard to impress a 13 year old these days, and my son has talked about his fishing trip and Captain Dwayne with anyone who will listen. He was even filling in his friends this morning waiting for the bus for the first day of school. Definitely the highlight of his summer! We can't wait to come back to the area and perhaps check out Mauch Chunk Lake. Thank you, Captain Dwayne!
