This captain is fantastic. Simple techniques but a little twist to catch fish. It was not the same as most fishing trips. We caught alot of fish and different kinds. A big shark over 120 lbs. A sailfish around 55 to 60 lbs. Some Black Fin Tuna. Yellow tail snapper and the limit on King Mackerel. The captain does not play. He goes to work. I would use him and refer him to anyone. We booked a trip for 4 hours and our family of 6 all caught plenty of fish. Within 5 minutes of the first cast our youngest reeled in a massive king mackerel. To top off the afternoon after a few big sharks and groupers got away we were able to reel in a huge lemon shark that was between 11’-13’ feet that weighed several hundred lbs it took three of us taking turns and with Jed giving us amazing tips we finally got it up to the boat and got our pictures. This took more time than we had originally booked but Jed allowed us to finish this amazing experience.  Definitely book your trip with him he takes his time and loves doing this!!!

Jedidiah was a fantastic captain. We got on fish within the first 50 minutes and maxed out on King Mackeral withing 2 hours. And the fish were big!!! On top of that we had awesome top water hits from 3 Bonita tunas (awesome little fighters) and another Bonita on the big reel. That was only in the first three hours (we took a 5 hour). After that we went for big bait= big fish time. We got some violent bites but didn’t reel anything. That didn’t matter that though cause we were totally amped up on our first fish! I can’t recommend this guy enough, he knows what he is doing, his boat is a stable solid rig, his gear is well maintained and ready go. On top of being an overall stand up fella, he fillet a king fish for us perfectly, not leaving a single bone or even blood line. We then grilled it up for dinner and I must say it was some of the best fish I have had in a long time. Jedidiah, I will be booking with you next year no doubt about it….just with more gravol next time!

Jed was amazing with my 12 year old son. He taught us about the local fishing and area. He allowed my son to do the work and knew just the right time to ask if he needed help. We caught a blackfin tuna within 5 minutes and it was already a win! We went on to catch a 30 lb tuna, 2 sharks, and a mahi. It was a wonderful day on the water.
